If you agree to our redistribution, you agree to a non-retractable no-charge assignment to us of worldwide rights to use, copy, modify, display and distribute the Media Content.


Select affiliates and supplier partners may be invited to submit a listing or recommendation for an element of travel or related services, including but not limited to attractions, landmarks, local businesses, cruise ships, and the like.

By submitting any such Media Content or related information you certify that you are an authorized representative of the entity described or featured and that you have the appropriate and full permissions of all persons and any minor persons distinguishable in the submitted Media Content.


You also certify that your submission is a fair and complete representation of the subject, and that, to the best of your knowledge, the submission shall remain accurate for the foreseeable future. You also agree to update us at the earliest practicable outset where any material change occurs or is likely to occur and you indemnify us from any loss or liability where your submission or its maintenance has not been accurate.

By submitting any Media Content or related information to us you agree to a non-retractable no-charge assignment to us of worldwide rights to use, copy, modify, display and distribute the Media Content or related information.



In addition to any Terms of Use of this website, by communicating with us about your travel you agree to the following:


We have secured access to competitive rates, generous amenities, and the depth of support that only arises from a professional business relationship. At this time, we may be unable to provide certain travel booking services to non-residents of Canada or the United States. Some exception may arise on a case-by-case basis where a non-resident is travelling with a resident and the resident is the lead passenger.


You shall provide a full and accurate disclosure of your personal information, including telephone and email contact details, billing and mailing addresses, and any additional information required to successfully plan and execute your travel. You also agree to update us if your information changes, such as after a move.

If you are unsure about a legal matter, medical issue or have any other reason to believe you may experience disruption or additional needs, we may be able to give some guidance but strongly suggest you speak to a trusted professional and seek their advice.

Further, we will make best effort to ensure accuracy of information but at no time shall we be liable for any loss or disruption to your travel owing to inaccuracies such as errors or omissions from your submissions or disclosures.


In order to provide you with any travel planning, quotes or to make a booking on your behalf we require an up to date copy of your passport. We promise to keep this information secure, as is outlined in our Privacy Policy below. 

Despite outlined entry and/or exit requirements by your government website, airlines, cruise lines and other travel suppliers may deny you boarding or use of their services if you do not have at least 6 months of validity on your passport following the conclusion of your trip with them. For that reason, we may deny your booking if your passport is not valid for the duration of your proposed travel and at least 180 calendar days beyond your exit from the final destination of your trip.


We don’t want you to miss out on a limited time supplier deal, so we may permit you to sign a declaration of intent to renew your travel documents. However, we shall not be required to accept any declaration and may reject your booking if it is in our professional estimation that you run greater risk of being denied boarding. You shall indemnify us from any loss in either instance.



By engaging with us to provide travel booking services on your behalf, you understand that a robust travel insurance policy is among the only ways to protect your well-being from the time you leave your day-to-day area of health coverage until the time that you return. It may also prevent or recover from loss stemming from disruption to your trip or other travel related losses such as lost or damaged baggage.


For residents of Canada only, we strongly recommend each passenger secure sufficient travel insurance for the full amount and duration of a booking. We are licensed in Ontario through Manulife.

Residents of the United States may request a policy or information about a travel insurance product at any time. Subject to the regulations of the relevant state or district of residency, we are able to provide bookable links only through policy providers John Hancock or CSA. 


You are free to secure a policy through whichever entity suits you best, but we are only able to act as your advocate during any claims process if you make a purchase through one of the abovementioned policy providers.


Please note that despite our advocacy, we are not able to influence the outcome of a claim in any manner and we shall not be held liable for any claim, shortcoming or other loss.

Some suppliers may set a requirement for you to provide proof of sufficient travel coverage as a condition to your participation, regardless their acceptance of any payment.


You may decline the purchase of insurance by telephone, email or other declaration and it will be noted on your invoice from us.


Our travel advisors are highly experienced, often carrying a multitude of qualifications and awards. You have come to us for our travel planning excellence and other depth of support in booking your trip. We do charge a fee for all travel booking related services, rates are found on the OUR SERVICES page and may be amended from time to time. All rates are in US dollars (USD) and subject to applicable taxation which we will collect & remit as required. Your payment may be subject to rates of exchange, you will be liable for such costs and should contact your financial institution for any concerns. 

At this time our professional fees will be administered by our affiliate, Nexion Travel Group.


We reserve the right to waive all or part of our fees as reward for client loyalty or for any other reason we may decide from time to time. In agreement with current legislation surrounding travel insurance policy purchases, any waived fees shall not be construed as a discounting of policy purchase costs to the client.

These fees are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and shall not be discounted from your trip costs if we elect to waive part or all of the fees.


We may, in our sole discretion, perform certain duties of due diligence to ensure all transactions are of a legitimate nature. We reserve the right to refuse or deny booking or any other service to anyone at any time if we detect any acts of a suspicious nature concerning security or fraudulent intent.


We are also your advocates and that sometimes means advocating on your behalf against your wishes should you be attempting to book any of the following: travel to an unsafe destination such as a war zone; unsafe activities or those for which you are unqualified or underprepared, such as an ascent of the summit of Mount Everest without any prior climbing experience; those which would put your booking at risk, such as an unproven or dubious travel supplier or a flight schedule which leaves insufficient transfer time; those which pose a contract risk to yourself or other travellers, such as so-called “throw-away flights”. This list is not exhaustive.


All pricing and availability for quotes is subject to change until payment processing has concluded by all relevant suppliers and a ticket has been issued. While technology has enabled us to submit purchase requests with great rapidity, not all suppliers are so well equipped, particularly small businesses or local businesses in the developing world, some of the best experiences you can enjoy while travelling!


It is for this reason that we do not process bookings in the evening hours or during weekends and holidays.

Additional charges and fees may apply regardless of your possession of a full and valid eticket or other document and may include but are not limited to fuel surcharges, government administered taxes, and rates of international exchange. 



Various supplier partnerships, affiliations, and other relationships have been secured for the purposes of planning and booking travel on your behalf. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply to any booking. We will provide you either a digital copy of these supplier terms or provide a link to the supplier terms on the relevant supplier website. Occasionally these terms are not available until after your name or a booking deposit has been submitted.



Please do not send or attempt to send us money or any direct payment.

We adhere to the rules set forth in our provincial legislation that requires we do not receive client funds directly. Instead, with your permission, understanding, or as set out in this Agreement, we use your payment method to apply payment on your behalf directly to your selected travel supplier or to be held in trust with our affiliate Nexion Travel Group.

Your selected supplier will process payment according to their terms and processes, this may result in a delayed charge on your payment method or sometimes a pending or hold amount. Sometimes the charges can be split into several smaller payments. We will do our best to forewarn you of such delays or notify you of any supplier account names which may not be obvious.

You in turn agree to notify us immediately if you think there is a discrepancy in payment amounts in same-currency denominations or if you don't recognise a supplier name. 

We will work with you to marry up any accounting notices, please do not arbitrarily apply a charge-back or reversal with your credit card company. This can result in loss of your travel plans but it may also result in additional loss if the balance is found in favour of us or the supplier. In addition to the full costs of your travel, we may also have to charge an administrative fee of no less than US$25.00 per occurrence where your actions have incurred a penalty to us from a financial institution.


Applicable payment methods vary by supplier, but typically require a valid credit card from a major institution such as Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Occasionally an option or requirement to pay by wire transfer or other means arises, you will be notified and may be required to action the process yourself. We will communicate such requirement with you in advance, do not send unsolicited payments to anyone claiming to be a travel supplier.

In certain circumstances, we may be able to receive Interac e-transfers, cheque, or to apply payment with a debit card. Please notify us in advance if you wish to apply payment in this manner and note that it may require significant lead-time for your payments to clear and then submit.

Where a payment has been made with means other than credit card there may be additional restrictions or earlier final payment due dates. This is because remittance periods can vary or we may rely on delivery of a physical cheque. You may also be required to administer a payment with our guidance or to pay an additional fee, we shall not be liable for such fees nor for any loss in relation to this method of payment.


We are able to offer travel fund services to you, allowing you to aggregate the goodwill and kind contributions of family and friends in celebration of a wedding or other milestone. Each fund is unique and will have a unique fee associated with its creation and maintenance. 

You will have one of two options, both are subject to the same terms and conditions as any regular booking, including changes in price and availability or additional supplier terms:

Option 1) You make a booking or plan a booking and its individual elements in advance, selecting potential upgrades or enhancements to be purchased by family and friends on your behalf. We will try our best to keep the process simple, but each individual purchase may require a full client registration by the purchasing party. 

Option 2) You make a booking or plan a booking in advance and we provide access to a trust account provided by our affiliates at Nexion Travel Group in order to accumulate monetary contributions. The duration of any collection must be selected in advance. We have a minimum per-transaction contribution amount of $50.00, please let your family & friends know that their contributions are guaranteed to be delivered to you but that we are not able to provide individual refunds to any contributing party. At the close of the selected duration we will have a cheque processed and sent to you bearing the full amount contributed by all parties, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Any amount contributed by credit card is subject to a fee of 3.54%, no other fees or deductions shall occur. At present we are only able to offer such service in Canadian dollar account, all other currency contributions are subject to the rules set forth under RATES OF EXCHANGE. 



We will never solicit payment details by email and we recommend strongly against sharing credit card or other financial information over an email platform. 

In most instances we will simply apply credit card payment on your behalf using secure technology or dedicated travel advisor portals provided by various travel suppliers. Where alternative payment arrangements are necessary we will provide clear instruction to otherwise secure your booking. 

If you do receive a request for payment information with specific information regarding your trip, please do not click or follow any links and you should notify your financial institution at the earliest opportunity if you suspect fraud has occurred. We do not want a copy of all your spam, but if it's relevant to a trip you've recently booked with us we'd like to know about it so we can investigate any prospective shortcoming in the booking process or with a supplier.


We will communicate various currencies related to your travel purchase and may present an amount representative in a familiar currency. Please note that this is for your information and convenience purposes only and that actual rates may differ. You are responsible for any costs and should discuss applicable rates and terms with your card provider or financial institution.



As part of our commitment to enhancing your travel, we have elected to secure a number of professional relationships with other businesses and individuals which we feel may add significant value to your overall use of our site and travel services.

We endeavour to build relationships with trusted providers only but we are unable to guarantee any product or service found through an affiliate. You are ultimately responsible for your own actions and communication, including regarding any purchases you might make through an affiliate business, including in direct relation to your travel.

Our affiliates may add, amend or withdraw any offer, product or service at any time. Accepting any promotion is at the sole discretion of an affiliate at the time of payment and is subject to availability and the additional terms and conditions an affiliate may have.

We shall not be liable for any loss related to affiliates.


We may facilitate some services in the realm of 360 photography on a case-by-case basis. 

When communicating any inquiry or intent with regard to such services, you represent that you are an authorised representative of the entity on behalf of which you are inquiring and that this entity has sufficient liability insurance to host a photographer or any other persons assisting a photographer. You also represent that you have achieved the necessary permissions to photograph or video all areas of the respective property and any persons or works of art which may appear in the resulting media content.

We will do our best to appropriately edit any media content resulting from a capture session to the standards current at the time of your purchase but we cannot guarantee any such media content will be accepted by a third-party for hosting or presentation, such as Google Street View. Once any work is accepted by you, we shall remain indemnified from any future changes to any platform or standard which may apply in future.

We are in no way partners or representatives of Google but have secured affiliate status as a Trusted Pro status holder. We are not liable for any third-party including Google or Facebook. 

An example of 360 imagery may be a jpg or png file of 5376 x 2688 pixels and which may or may not include editing services as agreed during any discovery session and subsequent purchase order.

Media content delivered in 360 format may have certain qualities unique to the format with the technology and tools we currently employ, this can include a gradient or line on an axis ("stitching"), blurred nadir or other point of equipment contact, red hue to certain areas under direct light such as sunlight, and other inconsistencies we endeavour to minimise but which may be impossible to fully rectify. 

Media content, its capture and display may be uniquely subjective and some elements specific to 360 media content are unique. For example, where there is movement or where large portions of the capture area were subject to different lighting conditions. The spherical nature of such media content may also result in a perceived smaller field of full resolution or which may put objects at different depths or relative latitude & longitude of the sphere in different proportions. If you are using the resulting media content for commercial purposes you may wish to disclose this information to the relevant parties.

You also understand and agree that the uploading, processing, and hosting of any media content may occasionally result in pixelation or other small distortion and that some users may not be able to view your content at all because of their connectivity or access & selection of technology.

We shall not be liable for your use of any media content.

By commissioning 360 services with us you and all individuals and minors in your party or at the relevant property agree that the resulting media content may be used in our marketing and / or publicity material without obtaining further consent or payment in respect of such media content.

The Travel Society (the "Society") is a private subscription-based community and although active subscriptions may provide Explorers with various Advantages in conjunction with a qualifying subscription or travel purchase, any Advantages shall not be considered material elements of your travel and are not subject to the terms and provisions of The Travel Act 2002.

Your participation in the Society is voluntary and ancillary to any travel booking. That means you can book a trip without any participation in the Society.

Please note that while subscription to the Society does require your submission of accurate information mirroring that of our booking process, this does not preclude us from performing counter fraud measures and other due diligence on any booking in accordance with our full terms and conditions. 


You must be 18 years of age or older to join the Society and a resident of Canada or the United States to redeem any Advantages.


Joining the Society is by application only. After selecting a subscription level and applying any applicable payment (payment not required for some plan levels) you will be invited to verify your account using your current, valid travel documents. The verification process may be completed in advance, including existing travel clientele.

You will have up to 7 calendar days to verify your account once prompted via email. If you fail to verify your account during this time we may cancel your application and you may lose access to Advantages or their redemption.

By submitting an application and supplemental information, you are declaring your information to be accurate, current and complete. Where inaccurate, you may forfeit any Advantages of the Society and your subscription may be terminated without recourse to any refund. It is your responsibility to maintain up to date information, including email address.

Any information you submit in application to join the Society will be treated as confidential and will be secured accordingly if you use the verification portals offered by us exclusively; please do not use email to share important documents or payment information.

You also have a responsibility to keep your account information secure, we recommend logging out at the end of any session even if you are on your personal mobile phone or home computer. You are responsible for all activity and purchases attributed to your account.


You are free to choose from available plans at the time you subscribe. Once your application has been approved and any applicable subscription fee received, you will have opportunity to redeem applicable Advantages including access to various site pages restricted to the subscription level you have selected.


Your account is for personal use only and shall not be shared or used for business purposes unless you have selected a corporate or commercial plan.

Plan fees are clearly indicated on our site. Listed fees are displayed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of any applicable taxes and fees.

Your subscription begins once any initial payment due has been paid whether or not your full application has been verified. We aim to verify your application as quickly as possible, but you will need to be proactive in delivering the required documentation in response to the email verification process. During busy booking periods we may have difficulty in receiving your verification in under 48 business hours and thank you for your patience and understanding.


If your application has not been accepted you may be permitted to submit further evidence in support of your verification and subscription payments may be put on hold. If your verification is not successful, we will administer a full refund less a US$9.00 administrative fee where applicable; this is not applicable to the most basic $0 plan. Please note that it may take several weeks for your financial institution to post any amount. Where you have used a payment method in another currency you will be responsible for all currency fluctuations and you may be refunded an amount different to your initial payment.

Your subscription renewal is automatic. To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period indicated on your plan, either in whole months (roughly 30 days) or in whole years (12 full months).

You will not be required to pay any additional amount unless you choose to switch plans to a level which features a higher subscription fee.


You may cancel your subscription at any time unless you have elected to redeem any Advantages during that same period. You will be given a full refund if you cancel within the first 5 days following your initial application unless you have successfully redeemed any Advantages. Following the initial 5-day period your subscription becomes 100% non-refundable. All subscriptions are non-transferable.


Society plans, subscription fees, or renewal periods are subject to change at any time, including being altogether terminated. We will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance of any planned changes. Should your plan feature an increase in subscription fees or a lengthier subscription period, you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription. You may forfeit certain Advantages scheduled for redemption during the following 30-day period.





All Advantages are subject to availability and any additional terms and conditions set forth by the Affiliates providing them.

Please remember that Advantages are ancillary to any travel you may have booked with us and that you should not base any itinerary around their redemption. We may amend, substitute, change, swap, cancel or withdraw any Advantages at any time and although we will try our best to communicate this with you in advance we shall not be required to provide any notice. Where any Advantages have been invalidated, rejected or voided by an Affiliate, we shall not be liable. We’ll try our very best to prevent your redemption or enjoyment from being affected, but it may be beyond our control in certain circumstances. 

Advantages hold no monetary value. They may not be returned, refunded, accumulated, delayed, deferred or discounted from any purchase you make on our site or in conjunction with any booking, even if you do not redeem applicable Advantages or do not use the full value of your plan’s Advantages.

You are not obliged to redeem any Advantages. If you choose to redeem any Advantages you understand that they, alongside any value-add components of the Society, are offered on an "as-is" basis and are not valid for any upgrade.


Your subscription must be in good standing to redeem Advantages and only you may redeem any Advantages associated with your plan. If you are subscribed to the Society and making a booking on behalf of a family member, we may allow them to redeem one of your Advantages for a qualifying booking, but we are not required to do so. For example, you are booking a cruise on behalf of a family member as a wedding gift. 

While we encourage everyone to join the Society, we do not require all members of your party to be current subscribers to enjoy your Advantages and share in their redemption, however we do require that all travellers make the same qualifying booking through us in order to do participate.


If you intend to redeem any Advantages you must inform us at least 30 days in advance of the date of any actual activity associated with their redemption. Physical products may have a delivery time beyond our control or that of our Affiliates, this may be up to 12 weeks or longer if the point of origin is outside of North America or where sea freight is the transport of choice. We recommend you select any Advantages at the time of booking in order to have the best variety of options and opportunity to successfully redeem and enjoy them. This is particularly true for popular options such as tours and private transfers. Where there is a date of expiration for redeeming any Advantages, we will endeavour to notify you in advance but shall not be required to do so.


Once you have applied to redeem any Advantages and their redemption has been approved, you may not change your selection. Advantages may not be substituted or transferred. There is no penalty to cancel the redemption of any Advantages if you notify us at least 7 days in advance of your confirmed date of redemption, 30 days in advance for groups unless otherwise noted when selecting your Advantages for redemption.


Once you have cancelled the redemption of any selected Advantages you will not be able to select any new or different Advantages until you have made a wholly new redemption-qualifying booking or equivalent action. For example, you may cancel and rebook a cruise vacation on new dates or featuring a new itinerary and such new and distinct purchase may again qualify for redemption of new Advantages if it also meets the requirements, however you may not simply cancel your booking and make the same or similar booking again.


We shall not be liable for loss or disruption due to any Advantages being changed, cancelled, unavailable, or otherwise not received because of something beyond our control including but not limited to Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for your person or possessions while participating in any activity associated with any Advantages.​

All portions of your travel booking must be paid with real money and in full prior to your redemption of any Advantages. For example, Advantages may not be redeemed if you use a credit, cruise voucher, or any other payment substitute means in an attempt to achieve the booking qualifications for the redemption of any Advantages.

We reserve the right to review any supplier offer or promotion before allowing the redemption of any Advantages, certain offers such as Buy One Get One may not be combined with such redemption.

We will facilitate redemption of any Advantages on your behalf, but we may also direct you to an Affiliate page with specific instructions for redemption of certain goods or services.


Select cruise lines, select itineraries or other suppliers may not permit redemption of certain Advantages. This is unfortunately beyond our control at this time. We will do our best to notify you in advance should this be the case, but we might not be able to do so in all instances, such as when we've added or altered any Advantages or where a supplier or Affiliate has updated their terms and conditions.




​Unless otherwise indicated, any qualifying booking must be made in double-occupancy and any transfers shall be provided in a vehicle with the correct number of seats corresponding to the number of travellers you booked with us. We'll try our best to work with solo travellers, but a supplement may apply for the redemption of certain Advantages such as transfers. Odd-numbered parties are not likely to be affected by this arrangement.


Unless otherwise indicated, all transfers are private and one-way only, meaning your driver will not be making multiple stops. Your party must travel together when redeeming a transfer. Baggage is limited to one (1) standard size piece per person. Any oversize, specialty or excess baggage may result in additional fees or even the termination of your transportation, you will be responsible for any such loss and we will pass on any additional charges to you. You will need to provide any child seating or specialist equipment. For groups, our Affiliate currently has transfer vehicles with a capacity for up to 28 passengers, multiple runs may be required which may result in several disembarkation times for your group.

Your party may not mix Advantages, for example, we will not permit a party of 4 to redeem a bonus tour for 2 travellers while the remaining 2 travellers redeem a private transfer with the intent of transporting all 4 travellers.

Unless otherwise indicated, you will be responsible for transportation and any other costs associated with the redemption of any Advantages. This may include but is not limited to taxi to/from the site of an activity, food, drink, additional purchases, local taxes, entry fees or gratuities.


Redeem a Bonus Tour


Your party books a vacation package with us featuring a cruise of 7-nights or longer embarking and/or disembarking from PortMiami or Port Everglades and at least one night of pre-cruise and/or post-cruise accommodation in either Miami-Dade or Broward county. You will have the option of redeeming one (1) tour per person from a selection provided at the time of booking.


Redeem a Bonus Transfer

Your party books a cruise with us featuring a 7-night itinerary or longer embarking and/or disembarking from PortMiami or Port Everglades in a Suite category cabin or higher. You will have the option of redeeming one (1) private one-way transfer per party between the cruise terminal and one of either Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. You may choose whether your transfer is enjoyed prior to your cruise or following your cruise. 

Please note that this is a single transfer and not a return transfer. Transfer does not include multiple stops.

Finally, we ask that you keep the language clean and that you respect others. Any violation of the Travel Forum Guidelines may lead to the withdrawal of your privileges to access or contribute to the Forum. Repeat offences will result in the termination of your Explorer account and the possible forfeit of any Advantages you may have applied to redeem. Although such termination will not affect any travel you have booked through us, outstanding subscription fees or booking costs will be collected or processed as necessary to complete any booking. You shall not be entitled to any refund in part or in full in such circumstances.
