Choose your tower wisely
Also known as Atlantis Bahamas, the site itself represents the largest portion of Paradise Island and features a number of beaches, a golf course, a water park, and much, much more.
Popular among families, couples, and even gaming enthusiasts, there are a variety of towers from which to choose when arranging your vacation at Paradise Island. Some points to consider may be the various restaurants and amenities, proximity to the beach, proximity to transport and access to Nassau, or how much walking you might like to do on your holiday. It's a big site!
Comfortable temperatures from late autumn right through to early spring. The warmer summer months might just give you more excuse to jump in the water! The warmest months of the year are a tie for July and August, while the daily average lows run December through January.
Aligned with the warmer weather, expect drier winter periods and warmer, wetter weather during the June to October period. The driest months run December through April.
Fly into the Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) and transfer onto Paradise Island. Be aware that there is only one bridge onto the island and it is further to transfer than the rest of Nassau.
If you're already on Nassau, entry and exit by land onto Paradise Island is only possible via the single bridge just east of the city. Taxis, rental vehicles, and some public transport are available. Be prepared to use golf carts to transit the various hotel towers on site.
Access via the cruise terminals in Nassau or access the Atlantis marina for smaller vessels.
