Exceptionally accessible, this archaeological site hosts the pyramids of the sun and moon alongside a rather modern museum. You may still climb both large pyramids, although some of the smaller archaeological exhibits are a bit more restrictive.
Most certainly worth a day trip from Mexico City. Plan your visit well and bring plenty of water and sun protection.
