By making your Member Profile public you are agreeing to the following requirements and restrictions: Real name, no pseudonyms If you do choose to make your Member Profile public, we do require that you use some generally recognized form of your real name. Pseudonyms are not permitted. For example, "Jonathon Smith" may also be accepted as "John Smith", "J Smith", "Jonathon S" or "John S" but not simply "JS". Your access and enjoyment may be restricted or your account suspended if you do not meet this requirement. Profile picture You are not required to present a profile picture even if you do make your Member Profile public. You shall not employ any sort of layer, frame or graphic on top of your likeness. Your access and enjoyment may be restricted or your account suspended if you do not meet this requirement. Generally We make no warranties to the residency or validity of any Member or their Member Profile. You shall not publish on this Website under more than one name.

You are liable for any access and shall be solely responsible for any use of your account and any activity originating from your login.
