Came across these photo in Puerto Rico at Castillo San Cristóbal and it brought back some fond memories. Memories of the beautiful colorful streets, lots of historical sites, great memories with great friends and the food….uhhh TOSTONES are RICO RICO RICO. I wish I could get a plate of these right now.

Garlic! Yum yum! @Axel Mercado Mildred did also make some pretty delicious Tostones.
Tostones = squished up then fried sweet plantain, no? Was the sauce there spicy or garlic or...?
